On August 31, the "2020 Zhejiang Hotel Industry High-quality Development and Hotel Quality Improvement Activities" hosted by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and undertaken by Zhejiang Hotel Industry Association was successfully held in Hangzhou Baosheng Water Expo Park Hotel.Nearly 400 people attended the event, including leaders of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, leaders of cultural and tourism departments in districts and cities, and representatives of hotel companies.



The theme of this event is "Deepen the connotation of hotel quality, showcase the results of hotel quality improvement, promote the integrated development of cultural and tourism, and strive to create a'cultural and tourism golden business card'". It is divided into five links: Vice President and Secretary of China Tourism Association Chang Zhang Rungang gave a keynote speech, a video display of the first batch of "Quality Hotels" in Zhejiang Province, an experience exchange of the first batch of "Quality Hotels" founders, the release of the "Zhejiang Special Cultural Theme Hotel Development Report", and a speech by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism.

At the conference, during the event, Zhejiang Tourism Hotel Star Rating Committee assessed 80 Zhejiang quality hotels for awards.The general manager of the hotel Mr. Qiu Yongdong attended this important meeting on behalf of the hotel and accepted the commendation.The achievement of this honor is a great affirmation and encouragement to Rui'an International Hotel.




In September 2019, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism launched the creation of quality hotels across the province, which is a high-level test of hotel service quality.The general manager of the hotel, Qiu Yongdong, personally participated in the training organized by the province, learned the implementation specifications and rules of the "Quality Hotel Evaluation", and organized relevant departments to conduct self-evaluation and prepare relevant ledger data against the standards after returning to the store.On December 3, the hotel received an inspection of the creation work by experts from the provincial star judges. The experts inspected the hotel from multiple dimensions such as customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, operational quality, social benefits, and Internet applications. The experts inspected the hotel on site.The work was highly praised, and finally passed the review and inspection with a high score of 560 (total score of 600), becoming the first batch of Jingui quality hotels in Zhejiang Province and the only Jingui quality hotel in Wenzhou.
